Raiza Wilson is an Indian actress cum model and a former contestant of Miss India, predominantly appearing in the Tamil Industry. Born on 12 Dec 1989, this Indian actress rose to fame after being a contestant of Tamil TV Show Big Boss Tamil Season 3, hosted by the Indian actor Kamal Hassan. Starting her career in 2017, she also has won the Filmfare award for Best Female Debut -South for the role she portrayed in the film Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, a 2018 Indian Tamil romantic comedy movie directed by Elan under the banner of YSR Films. This Indian model has also been crowned the HICC Femina Miss South Beautiful Smile.

Born and bought in the Banglore city, India, Wilson enrolled Nazareth Convent Girls High School there itself. She subsequently joined JSS International School in Ooty before heading for her college life in Banglore and apparently, during her studies, she also worked at Hint Lounge and club in Banglore as the public relations, sales, and marketing manager. Raiza Wilson competed for Miss India 2011 title in late 2010 after being enthusiastic about modelling and later emerged into films by 2017. Starting her debut career in the film Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2 in 2017 directed by Soundarya Rajnikanth, she portrayed a cameo role of a personal assistant of Vasundhara Parameshwar, a role portrayed by the actress Kajol. It was during the mid 2017s she signed the papers and emerged as a contestant of TV Show Big Boss Season 3 in Tamil under the banner of Star Vijay channel hosted by the Indian actor Kamal Hassan for which she received widespread media attention in Tamil Nadu. Even though she was expelled from the reality show after 63 days, she earned the title of being the first female competitor, with by far is the most time in the show spotlight. After the withdrawal from the show, she commented she still felt privileged to be a part of the programme and would cherish it forever.
